You don’t often find a super tasty vegan millionaire’s shortbread that’s not full of dates! We didn’t want to make a healthy version; we wanted to make an indulgent, naughty version. Vegan doesn’t have to mean healthy, and we’re all about treating yourself!
They are handmade in the UK with the best ingredients, including couverture chocolate and British Pea flour!

Ingredients
- Gluten-free flour blend (pea, rice, potato, tapioca, maize, buckwheat)
- Baking block (sustainable palm oil, rapeseed oil, water, salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavouring, vitamins A and D, colour: carotene)
- Sugar
- Salt
- Xanthan gum
- Natural bourbon vanilla flavouring with other flavourings
- Vegan caramel (sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable fat, golden syrup: partially inverted refiners’ syrup, faba bean flour, caramelised sugar, salt, emulsifiers: E471, E322 rapeseed lecithin or SOY, natural flavouring)
- Chocolate (sugar, cocoa – minimum 37%: cocoa butter and cocoa mass, rice flour, shea oil, inulin, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin)
