If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form and include:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the problem
- Photos of the issue (we may request these for assessment)
Important: Please do not consume or dispose of your order if you’re unsatisfied, as we may need to arrange collection for inspection using a pre-paid returns label.
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we generally do not offer refunds or returns except in exceptional circumstances. Order cancellations are not available once processing has begun.
