Surprise!  Our whole range is actually Gluten-Free but you wouldn’t know it!  We carefully develop Gluten-Free versions of recipes to ensure that you can’t tell the difference!  This means we can keep our whole bakery a Gluten-Free environment and completely eliminate the risk of gluten cross-contamination.  It’s a win-win!
